With a broad antiseptic spectrum of action and a fast onset of action from just 1 minute, Octenisept offers a painless application that is even suitable for infants and premature babies. The product is available in a practical 250 ml size.
The composition of Octenisept includes octenidine dihydrochloride and phenoxyethanol, as well as other ingredients such as 2-[(3-coconut fatty acid amidopropyl)dimethylazaniumyl]acetate, sodium D-gluconate, glycerol 85%, sodium chloride, sodium hydroxide and purified water.
Octenisept is recommended for external use and should be used undiluted. It is important to disinfect your hands before use to prevent contamination of the wound. The wound can then be cleaned with clean water and sprayed with Octenisept. Cotton buds soaked in Octenisept can be used to disinfect the inside of the wound.
It should be noted that Octenisept requires an exposure time of at least 1 minute, but ideally 5 minutes.
