Shipping & Delivery
All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Berlin, Germany. We ship to all supported countries via DHL and DPD. Every shipment includes a tracking number so you can follow your package in real time.
Processing Time
Orders placed on business days before 12:00 PM (noon, CET) are usually shipped the same day. Orders placed after 12:00 PM or on weekends and public holidays are processed on the next business day.

Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. You can track your shipment at any time via the carrier's website (DHL or DPD).
Supported Countries
We currently ship to: Germany (DE), Austria (AT), Belgium (BE), Bulgaria (BG), France (FR), Netherlands (NL), Italy (IT), Spain (ES), and Ireland (IE). Orders to countries not listed cannot be processed at this time.
Shipments Over 31.5 kg
For orders exceeding 31.5 kg, shipping costs are calculated proportionally and displayed at checkout.
Important Notes
- All prices shown include VAT.
- Free shipping within Germany applies to orders of €100.00 or more.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities or incorrect delivery addresses provided by the customer.
- If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or non-collection, the customer bears the cost of re-shipment.
