Shipping policy
Shipping & delivery
We dispatch orders from our warehouse in Berlin, Germany. Depending on the destination and order, we use DHL, DPD or DHL Warenpost International Premium with shipment tracking.
Order processing
Orders received on business days before 12:00 noon (Berlin local time) are usually dispatched the same day. Orders received later, at weekends or on public holidays are processed on the next business day.

We offer shipping to the following countries and regions. The available shipping option depends on your delivery address, the products and the size and weight of your order.

Andorra, Liechtenstein, Monaco and Taiwan: shipping is currently available only for selected small orders eligible for DHL Warenpost International Premium. Larger or unsuitable orders have no standard parcel option for these destinations. Please check the available shipping option at checkout.

For deliveries to Colombia, Qatar or the United States, please contact us before ordering so that we can confirm shipping availability, product restrictions and any customs requirements for your order.
Shipping costs
Shipping costs are calculated for your order and destination and displayed at checkout before you place the order. They depend on the shipping service, products, weight and, where applicable, the number of packages. Please refer to the checkout for the final shipping amount and applicable taxes.
Delivery times
Estimated total delivery times from placing your order, including processing and transport, are 1–3 business days within Germany, 5–11 business days to other European destinations, and 4–12 business days to destinations outside Europe. Customs clearance, public holidays and carrier delays can extend delivery times.
Shipment tracking
After dispatch, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. You can follow your shipment using the tracking link or the carrier's website.
International deliveries
For deliveries outside the European Union, additional import duties, taxes or clearance fees may apply, unless already collected at checkout. Import requirements and product restrictions vary by destination. Any required recipient or customs information must be supplied correctly.
Large or heavy orders
Weight and package limits vary by destination and shipping service. Not every service is available for large, heavy or mixed orders. If no suitable shipping option appears at checkout, please contact us so that we can check your order.
