Oral fluid, surfaces and drinks are different samples
An oral-fluid drug test is designed for a human sample. A surface test checks material collected from an object. A beverage test checks a drink. Each format needs its own validated sampling and result instructions; applying the wrong sample changes the test conditions.
Check the actual product format
DrinkCheck, shown here, is a beverage screening product. Use it only as described for the exact model. Its presence in this category does not make it suitable for saliva or for wiping a surface.
Compare the scope before choosing
Read the target list, sample preparation, result window and limitations on each product. A test result should not be used to infer impairment or a universal detection window. The drug and alcohol test overview explains how beverage screening differs from tests of human specimens.
